The way we work
Most of our work is repeat work. Here is why builders come back.
We sit down with your drawings and talk it through. Our estimating team flags anything that isn’t detailed enough to price, offers alternatives where they’ll save you money, and puts a number on it you can actually rely on.
You know what you’re buying before you sign.
It gets built in our own workshop by our own crew, and you get progress photos if you want them. One number to call, and it’s the person running the job — not an account manager passing on a message.
You always know where your steel is up to.
Installed by the crew that built it, and the paperwork follows without being chased — weld certificates, as-builts, compliance documents. Your QA file closes on time.
And then you ring us for the next one.
You deal with the people running the job. Nothing waits in a queue for approval.
Tell us the date. We’ll say honestly whether we can hit it — then we hit it.

How we quote
A quote is rarely a one-way document. Our estimating team goes through the drawings with you, asks the questions that need asking, and where something doesn’t stack up we’ll come back with options — a different section, a staged install, a change to the sequence — until we land on something that works for your budget and our program.
What you get is a quote with the scope written out plainly: what’s in, what’s out, and a total. No assumptions buried in the fine print, and nothing that turns into a variation three weeks later.
