Two ways to engage us

Whichever suits your program

Either way the scope is agreed in writing before anyone starts, our leading hand runs our crew, and the work is ours to stand behind. You get one point of contact, not a roster of names.

Option 01

A package, start to finish

You send the drawings or the scope. We price it line by line, build what needs building in our Sumner workshop, and finish it on your site — closed out with weld certificates and as‑builts for your QA file.

Suits a defined piece of work on your program where you want one party carrying it end to end.

Option 02

A crew on your site

Maintenance, shutdowns, repairs, modifications and make‑good. We mobilise the trades the job actually needs — boilermakers, welders, fabricators and trades assistants — with a TMF leading hand running them, our tickets, our gear and our SWMS.

Suits a body of work you would rather not carry on your own books, without losing control of who is on site.

The difference that matters

We are a subcontractor, not a labour pool

When our crew turns up, they are still our crew. We agree the scope with you first, our supervisor directs the work, and we carry responsibility for the quality, the program and the safety of our people.

That is not a technicality — it is the difference between work you can sign off and a group of strangers you have to manage yourself.

What you are not taking on: inducting individuals, directing the work, chasing tickets, or supervising trades you did not hire.

Our supervision

A TMF leading hand or site supervisor on every crew, every job.

Scope in writing

Inclusions and exclusions set out before a single hour is worked.

Our tickets & gear

White Card, heights, EWP, rigging, MSIC where the job needs it.

Our QA

Welded to AS/NZS 1554.1, with the certificates to close your file.

Scope

What we take on

Work we quote, carry out and stand behind — for builders, head contractors and industry across South East Queensland and Northern NSW.

Structural steel

Beams, columns, portal frames, connections and base plates to your engineer’s drawings.

Maintenance & shutdown welding

Planned and breakdown work, on site or in our workshop, including out‑of‑hours and shutdown windows.

Heavy plant & machinery

Wear bars, track pads, buckets, chutes and structural repairs to mining and earthmoving plant.

Stairs, balustrade & access

Stairs, landings, handrail, walkways, mezzanines, ladders and safety steel.

Shade structures & canopies

Post arrays, frames and covers, including work on live school and public sites.

General fabrication

One‑offs, jigs, frames, cages, guarding and whatever the drawing asks for.

Architectural steelwork

Feature and finish steel where the weld quality is going to be looked at, not covered up.

Remedial & make‑good

Defect rectification and modification work on steel someone else installed.

On your site

How it actually runs

Four steps, and you keep one point of contact the whole way through.

01

Scope agreed

We price from your drawings and set out inclusions and exclusions in writing. Anything the drawing won’t carry, we flag then — not later as a variation.

02

Crew mobilised

Our supervisor and crew induct to your site and work to your program. You deal with one person, not a roster of names.

03

Work delivered

Our supervisor directs the work and holds the quality. If something on site has moved, we tell you before we weld to it.

04

Closed out

Weld certificates, as‑builts and the paperwork your QA file needs, handed over at completion.

Where we work

Brisbane out, and further when it’s worth it

Crews and fabrication across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales — Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and the Port of Brisbane.

Maintenance, shutdown and heavy plant work travels further — we mobilise interstate for the right job. If it is worth the trip, ask us.
